A light that continues

There are moments when life feels fragile and everything shifts. Illness, dying and grief can bring uncertainty and questions that are hard to carry alone. Where Light Lingers is built on the belief that light can remain even in difficult times. Not a light that denies pain, but one that softens it and reminds us that love continues.

My Story

For more than twenty years I have walked beside children and families facing the hardest truths of life. As the founder of Momentum Children’s Charity, I worked with people living through illness, grief and love in its most unguarded form. From them I learned that courage and compassion are often found in the same breath.

That experience shaped me. It taught me that every person’s story is different and that real understanding begins with listening. I believe that empathy, trust and honesty make space for acceptance, even when the path is rough.

How I work

I will actively listen. Trust is the foundation of every good relationship. Confidentiality gives confidence and safety between us, and from that safety comes hopefulness. Empathy helps with acceptance and authenticity. It allows us to face what is real without fear or pretence.

Every family has its own way of holding love, fear and sorrow. My role is to offer space for whatever needs to be spoken or felt without judgement or pressure.
